Response Suite by Rob J Temple and Kennedy has literally just launched to the public and with it comes a massive discount too (but only for a very limited time!).

I’m going to break down this post into a few different sections so you can skim read through to see if this is the right survey tool for you and your business as fast as possible (who like’s reading tonnes of fluff anyway right?)

What Is ResponseSuite?

Let’s keep this short and sweet, ResponseSuite is a cloud based (no install or techy knowledge required and it’s on super fast servers) survey builder tool, BUT with some quirky unique features to actually make it useful for both you and your subscribers/clients who are actually submitting a survey.

The Biggest Issue:

The sales page doesn’t do it justice as it’s literally geared solely to the online marketing/make money online niche and focuses really more just on segmenting your list and knowing what they actually want.

Instead, it should be showing you how it can actually be a really powerful tool in multiple business types, multiple places in an online business (other than just your list) and actually make you more money from using it.

ResponseSuite Features:

So, in a nutshell, it’s an all in one survey builder, list segmentation, redirection (the best part and totally undersold benefit!)

How Does It Compare?

As far as I’m aware there really isn’t a competitor (right now) to ResponseSuite, there are sort of ways you could hack a few different things together and make something a bit clunky that might work 90% of the time and on a very basic level work the same, but I’m non techy and hate having to keep checking back on things to make sure they are actually still working and then wasting time to fix the bloomin things all the time.

Here’s how it stacks up to some competitors (based on both price and features):

The other main competitor I know a lot of people use within the IM space is of course SurveyMonkey, BUT realistically they are not really a competitor as they are very very old school with the approach.

You see that’s where ResponseSuite is moving the survey industry forward compared to the likes of SurveyMonkey and a traditional survey approach.

Old Method VS New Survey Method:

Old Method (How Survey Monkey Works): Send out a link to a survey, find out what the majority of people want or think, once they finish the survey literally just say “thanks” and then continue on with business as normal.

New Method: Send out a link to your survey, find out what each person individually and collectively wants, separate out those people based on their feedback so you can send them unique offers/followup with them, then immediately send them to something unique to their responses too.

Example: 1).You have an existing list of customers and freebie seekers and have been sending them offers which look good to you but want to sell even more.

2). So you send them a survey asking them if they are more interested in a few different sub topics (traffic, split testing, fb ads or fiverr).

3). Then as soon as they submit their responses they automatically separated into a sublist based on what they want to learn more about….

4). PLUS sent to an affiliate offer (or your own) based on what they want to learn right now!

How Are We Using ResponseSuite? (Online & Offline Business)

– Online Business (3 Examples)….

Cancellations -

Were adding this into our cancellation area for a new membership site to help encourage people to stay (a bit like getresponse, aweber, creditexpert (UK credit check company) do).

So instead of them just being able to instantly cancel, or having to submit a support ticket etc, instead they full out a simple form asking them why. Then they are sent to another page whereby they can keep their membership but on a limited time discount or continue to cancel completely.

That then means we will keep more members (even if at a slightly lower income, but that’s better than $0) and get feedback from them too on the reasons why they were looking to cancel so things can potentially be changed/improved to keep more members happier for longer. Simple right?

List Segmentation + Instant Offers -

As we touched on before with the example above, this is totally undersold but a powerful method in itself. It’s rare you really get the chance to understand who’s on your list on a more personal level, how much money they have to invest or what they are actually interested in learning next.

So this solves all of that, PLUS allows you to segment AND send them to a related offer (based on price/niche) straight away too….

Let’s say “bob” tells us he has $500 and want’s to learn more about FB ads then we can put him on a sub list which has a followup sequence all about facebook ads AND sends him directly after submitting the survey to our recommended FB ads training course, which conveniently is priced between $100 and $500.

We would have never known that “bob” had $500 to spend, nor would we have known that he was ready to buy something related to FB ads right now without a responsesuite survey.

High Ticket -

I actually did something similar years ago before launching both my solo ad training course and the eventual high ticket offer too (but all built using the old traditional boring method).

Just like with our “bob” example above where he had $500 to invest, we can ask our list how much they have to invest or be a bit more sneaky and ask how much they have invested in the last month, or even more sneakily ask what they have invested in the past and then ask for over what time period that was.

That will then tell us who on our list is our ideal coaching clients, who’re more suited for lower priced offers and where we should direct and what we should be selling to our lists in the future. i.e. will they actually buy things for more than $7 to $27 or is that all they really have to spend.

– Offline Business…

Reviews -

For those of you who don’t know I run a window cleaning/washing business locally too, but my biggest fear has always been opening up reviews and asking for reviews and not getting 5 stars from everyone (or likewise the awkward idiotic customers leaving 1 star reviews).

So what we are doing with ResponseSuite is a simple “customer feedback so we can improve your service” survey which then based on how they rated us there (and if they are happy or not) will then redirect them to either a page with options to leave us a review and thank them, OR if they are not happy or not 5* will then send them to a page apologizing and telling them we want to make things even better for them.

That then means we get more reviews, raving reviews nonstop (it’s set up to go out every year and it goes out manually after they have paid and had their first clean and followup phone call).

More importantly, though it also means we get no negative reviews, fewer cancellations and means we can also personally follow up with each not 100% happy customer and try and improve their service.
